Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), listing content, chat messages, and basic device/log data. We do not collect banking credentials or OTPs.

To run the marketplace, show you relevant listings, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations under the Malaysian PDPA 2010.

We share your contact details only with users you chat with. We never sell your data to third parties.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to improve the product. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

We keep account data while your account is active. Expired ads are archived for 12 months, then deleted.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@niagatani.my.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to a small operations team under confidentiality agreements.
