1. Snap clear photos
Take 4–8 photos in daylight. Show the front, sides, engine hours, wear points and any defects. Honest photos build trust.
2. Write a specific title
Include brand, model, year and condition. Example: 'Kubota L4508 2021 tractor, 320 hrs, Kedah'.
3. Price it right
Check similar active listings on NiagaTani, then price 5–10% higher to leave room to negotiate.
4. Reply fast
Buyers message multiple sellers. First reply within 1 hour usually wins the deal.
5. Meet safely
Meet in daylight at a public location or the buyer's farm. Verify cash or bank transfer before handing over the item.
6. Arrange delivery
For heavy machinery, share a trusted lorry contact. Split delivery cost or bake it into the price.
