1. Who can use NiagaTani
You must be 18 or older and have the legal right to sell any item you list. Business sellers must comply with Malaysian trade and tax laws.
2. Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Do not post prohibited items (firearms, controlled chemicals, protected wildlife, counterfeit goods).
3. Free ads & expiry
Every ad is free and stays live for 14 days. Pro NiagaTani subscribers get 60- or 90-day expiry as described on the Pro page.
4. Payments & delivery
NiagaTani does not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery directly. NiagaTani is not liable for disputes between users.
5. Prohibited conduct
No spam, scraping, harassment, off-platform payment fraud, or fake reviews. Violations lead to permanent bans.
6. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, but grant NiagaTani a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms without prior notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are handled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
